About

Why WestCoastProject?

It all started with an image...picturing rolling down the top of the cabriolet...preparing for a long drive...asking the very important question...which music would you put on the car stereo for this trip?

The answer was simple! Quickly a number of musical inspiration sources were found...all originating from the American West Coast of the 60's, 70's and 80's.

From this framework many songs were written and many were discarded., but soon concensus was reached on a number of songs which were selected to be recorded and produced.
